The Philadelphia Police Department has posted disturbing footage of an attack inside North Philly's Golden City Chinese Take Out on the afternoon of Friday, March 6. Surveillance cameras on the premises captured the suspect brutally punching and kicking another customer several times just after the victim completed his transaction at the takeout window.
The suspect was reportedly seen dropping a set of brass knuckles after the attack, though he retrieved them before leaving the scene. NBC Philadelphia reports that the victim did survive the assault, though his condition at this time is unknown.
