Here's the joyfully foul-mouthed episode of Munchies' Chef's Night Out starring Han Dynasty chef-owner Han Chiang that we told you about earlier this month. Chiang kicks things off with drinks at Han Dynasty's U City location, where he talks about his personal background and the history of the restaurant. Then it's onto mosaic artist Isaiah Zagar's home, for a massive feast with Cristina Martinez and Ben Miller of South Philly Barbacoa fame, where Han eats a lamb eyeball for the first time and declares that "it was very good."
Former Munchies co-star Brad Spence returns for a spot at Amis, where Han lops off a pig's head and helps prepare a pizza featuring suckling pig and some "total Jersey style" fried hot peppers. Before wrapping things up at Han Dynasty in Old City, the crew visits Prime Stache, where Chiang casually mentions that he plans to open "a wings joint" with chef and co-owner Hee Chang.
