Opening Alert: Nine Ting, an All-You-Can-Eat Orgy of Hot Pot and Korean Barbecue

It's a cook-it-yourself extravaganza.

It's opening day for Nine Ting, a new all-you-can-eat hot pot and Korean barbecue restaurant. While DIY dinner fans may soon have to say goodbye to fondue at the Melting Pot, they should find sufficient consolation in this Chinatown newcomer, whose tables are joyfully cluttered with cooking equipment.

Though all options are all-you-can eat, you can opt for either hot pot ($21.99 per person) or barbecue ($26.99), or go for broke and do both ($31.99). According to the restaurant's Facebook page, you can dine for free on your birthday, just for flashing your ID.

Nine Ting is open daily from noon to 1 a.m., and is BYOB.
