If this Renato oven looks a bit familiar, it's probably because you've enjoyed the pizzas and other flame-kissed dishes turned out by its sibling at Pizzeria Vetri at the Granary building. Thanks to an Instagram update from Vetri family chef-partner Jeff Michaud, it looks like the star of the pizzeria's second location has been delivered to its new home.
The targeted opening for Pizzeria Vetri Rittenhouse is in May of this year, though there still appears to be plenty of work to be done there.
