Plenty Cafe's Expansion Plans Get Ever More Ambitious

As work continues in Queen Village on the upcoming third iteration of Plenty Cafe, the look and vibe of the original location on East Passyunk is due for some tweaks. With liquor licenses in the works for all of the shops in the Plenty family, according to the Passyunk Post today, renovations are forthcoming to make the East Passyunk shop "more like a bar."

While the cafe-style core of the menu will reportedly be staying put, a new selection of small plates will be added to round things out for dinner. A full bar is planned, with an emphasis on beer and wine. The exact timing of the remodel has not yet been announced but should come along "later this summer."
