CENTER CITY — For one day only at their Center City shop, Federal Donuts will serve their coveted fried chicken sandwich, typically available only at Port FedNuts at Spruce Street Harbor Park. The sandwich ($7) will be available beginning at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, until 7 p.m. — unless they run out before then, and it seems safe to assume that they will sell out quickly regardless of how many hundreds they're able to make. HARLEYSVILLE — Hot on the heels of a glowing three-bell review from Inquirer critic Craig LaBan, there's a big chef shuffle to come at the recently reopened Mainland Inn. Chef Ezra Duker will wrap up his time there after Saturday, June 6, with Brett Romberg being promoted into the chef de cuisine role in his place. [EaterWire]

POP-UPS — The waitlist opened up today for everyone's favorite pop-up picnic panic, Diner en Blanc, if you're into that kind of thing. [Philly.com]
