Adam and Andrew Erace are already well known to Philly's food community — together, they own Green Aisle Grocery, whose third location is coming soon to Fishtown, and Adam is a food and travel writer who reviews local restaurants for City Paper. Tonight, Food Network will introduce them to the world as hosts of a new show called Great American Food Finds.
The show debuts on Food Network tonight, Monday, August 3, at 9:30 p.m. Eastern, and will see the brothers traveling around the country to highlight great dishes and products from small purveyors near and far, and to chat with the makers. The premiere episode includes such finds as mac and cheese pot pie from the Village Farmer and Bakery in Delaware Water Gap, PA, ube (purple yam) ice cream from Torico Ice Cream Parlor in Jersey City, NJ, and more.
