Wednesday, August 5 will be the first day of business for the third location of Circles Thai, which replaces short-lived Mexican-Thai fusion flop Tuk Tuk Real on South Street. But before that, owner Alex Boonphaya will host an open house to introduce the newcomer, with free food and champagne tonight, August 4, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The new Circles will be open seven days a week, serving the same menu as its two sibling restaurants (in Northern Liberties and South Philly). Hours are 5 to 10 p.m. on Monday, lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Circles Headhouse, 429 South St., opening August 5.
