UPDATED, 9/18: Tredici's opening day will come a bit later than expected; see our more recent post here.

Mark down Monday, September 28 for the arrival of Tredici Enoteca, according to a report today from Philly.com. The Mediterranean wine bar concept comes courtesy of Greg Dodge, owner of Zavino, and has been in the works since the spring of last year.

In addition to a full bar with plenty of wines by the glass, Philly.com notes that the space will include an open kitchen, raw bar, and a semi-private dining area. A menu has not yet been finalized, but earlier releases suggested an Italian focus with other Mediterranean influences including Spanish, French, and Greek flavors.

A splash page on Zavino Hospitality Group's official site states that Tredici will be open for dinner seven nights a week, with plans to add lunch service later in October.

Tredici Enoteca, 114 S. 13th St., opening September 28.
