CHESTER COUNTY — Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives host Guy Fieri will open Guy Fieri’s Philly Kitchen + Bar inside the Chester County Harrah’s. Over the past few weeks, the restaurant has held open interviews, which required a “30-second pitch as to why [candidates] should ride the bus to Flavortown”. The menu will feature “bold flavors and unique takes on traditional regional, favorites like the Philadelphia cheesesteak and Guy’s over-the-top culinary creations like his award-winning bacon mac-n-cheese burger.” According to some recent Facebook posts by the casino-resort, the restaurant will open sometime next month.
MAIN LINE — Valley Forge Casino Resort will replace Luke Palladino’s now-closed LP Steak with another steakhouse concept: Revolution Chop House. The new restaurant will open this Friday, October 14, with a classic big-meats and seafood menu featuring hunky veal chops, bone-in tomahawk ribeyes, and bone-in swordfish chops. Revolution’s exec-chef Les Bender, brings 35 years of casino-cooking experience, making his mark in Atlantic City within Trump’s casino circuit.
