Co-owner Alex Hardy

This coming Wednesday, November 16, restaurant couple Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan will open their Main Line BYOB At The Table off of Lancaster Avenue in Wayne, PA at 11 Louella Court.

Back in August, Hardy told Eater all about his vision for their new restaurant, but here’s a recap in case you missed it: Buzan, previously the owner of A Taste of Britain and the current owner of a small catering business To The Table, teamed up with Hardy, a Johnson & Whales-grad with stints at Pumpkin, Marigold Kitchen, Phoenixville's three-bell Majolica, and most recently, Rembrandt’s in Fairmount, to create a modern American BYOB for the Main Line.

The menus (below) are either a prix fixe tasting or a la carte. For the tasting, guests will get to choose their own adventure with a neat customizable menu — choose from a monthly, seasonal line-up of proteins and vegetables, tell your server about any dietary restrictions or allergies, and let the kitchen do its thing. Five courses are $65, eight courses are $95. Otherwise, there’s a la carte for the traditionalist diner.

Dinner is served Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. Brunch and a Sunday Supper will start in January. To The Table Catering will continue to provide all off-site catering.
