Wouldn't you know it, Osteria, Marc Vetri's second-ever Philly restaurant, is turning 10 years old this year, and to celebrate, he's bringing all of his friends into town.
The 10x10x10 dinner series will launch in May and go for 10 months. The 10 chef line-up includes Marco Canora (Hearth, New York City), Michael Schwartz (Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, Miami), Jonathan Benno (Lincoln, New York City), and Missy Robbins (Lilia, New York City), to name a few. Each chef will collaborate with Vetri to create a four course, $100 prix fixe menu that includes pizza, appetizer, entrée, and dessert, with an optional $50 wine pairing by Vetri Family beverage director Steve Wildly. Following the theme, details about each dinner's 'when' and 'what' will be announced on the 10th of every month.
The first dinner will be on Tuesday, May 10 with health-conscious Marco Canora of Hearth. The dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and you can reserve your seat by calling 215-763-0920.
