Remember when The Oval's beer garden was just about the only pop-up game in town? Even though Philly has come a long way since those prehistoric dark days, The Oval's summer beer and food programming is still (happily) going strong.
Starting July 15 and running through August 23, visitors can relax with food (truck details TBD) and drink at the beer garden. While many details still need to be worked out, guests should be able to play yard games and talk about why so many national press outlets are calling Philly one of the most amazing places to spend this summer.
The beer garden will open every day but Monday and Tuesday this year, which means new Sunday hours, and will have extended hours during the Democratic National Convention.
