Di Bruno Bros. Epicly Adds Craft Beer To Its Shelves

Beer and cheese, like two peas in a pod

Di Bruno Bros/Yelp

For the first time in its 77 years of business, Di Bruno Bros. is adding craft beer to their roster of specialty items, making it Philly's ultimate one-stop shop when hosting a party.

Bottles range from $2-$20 a bottle, and drafts are available for both dine-in and take-out (in growlers). For those who choose to stay can take part in weekly beer flights, which match four beers to four cheeses chosen by the 'mongers behind the counter. Better yet, if you're really trying to party, there's something called a Tower of Awesomeness and Delight: "a tower of cheese, meats and antipasto snacks built to enjoy family-style".

They brought on Jeffrey Dimaio, a triple-certified sommelier, cicerone and certified cheese professional, so know you'll be in good hands.

To top it all off, the company partnered with Dock Street Brewery for its first Di Bruno Bros. beer collaboration: a Truffle Honey Saison served right from the cask. Right now, beer is only being offered at The Franklin location (834 Chestnut Street). For more information, check out the official bottle shop website.
