When Townsend Wentz's Fairmount Italian BYOB A Mano opened, it didn't take reservations. Walk-ins only, put your name down, come back when a table opens up. Some people enjoyed it, others didn't. But now, it's a non-issue, because A Mano is taking reservations via Reserve or by calling the restaurant.
And now that's it's nice out, the restaurant's added extra outdoor seating (26 more seats, to be exact), so you can enjoy your pan-seared octopus with cockles, chorizo and white beans al fresco. A Mano chef Michael Millon has also launched a four course tasting option called Abbondanza for $65 per person. Best suited for larger groups, the tasting pulls from the regular menu: three antipasti, three primi, three secondi, and three desserts, all served family style.
