KING OF PRUSSIA — Opening a horde of restaurants in its vast "260,000 square-foot upscale outdoor lifestyle center", the King of Prussia Town Center announces its newest addition: Mission BBQ (not to be confused with Mission Taqueria), opening its fifth PA location in the spring of 2017. Mission doesn't adhere to any specific barbecue style, its menu just hits the four major 'cue groups: Texas, Carolina, St. Louis, and Kansas City.
CENTER CITY — According to Philly.com, In the former Melting Pot space at 1219 Filbert Street, MSC Retail brought on a new tenant in Brother Jimmy's BBQ, Carolina barbecue experts based out of New York City. Philly's Brother Jimmy's will be the chain's 13th addition and first in PA, with twelve other locations already in New York City, Long Island, Westchester (NY), New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.
