Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza, the Cali-based, Chipotle-style fast-casual "artisanal pizza joint", will open its second Philadelphia location sometime next month on Drexel University's campus.

The Blaze brand made its Pennsylvania debut in Philly when it opened on Temple's campus earlier this year, so like with most fast-casual operations, college students seem to be its ideal market. The restaurant, like its 133 brothers and sisters nationwide, will feature an open-kitchen assembly-line system allowing patrons to both order a signature pizza or have one of the store's "pizzasmiths" customize their own pie. Pizzas are made-to-order, stay within the sub-$10 range, and are ready to eat in just 180 seconds, courtesy of an 800-degree oven.

For those with gluten-free or vegan dietary restrictions, the shop offers gluten-free dough and vegan cheese options.
