It appears as though 2016 is the year Di Bruno Bros. really decided to crank it up a notch, what with the La Colombe draft latte installment, the bottle shop annex (and its new wine list) and the launching of its new beer and cheese class, the Culture Club.
Now, it looks like they're getting in on the vegan game with a brand new partnership with Vegan Commissary, a South Philly catering company with a weekend market at 1429 Wolf Street.
"Our customers have been asking us to expand our vegan offering for several months," said Hunter Fike, Di Bruno Bros.' certified cheese pro. "Our team was incredibly impressed by the quality of their prepared foods."
Right now, look for vegan eats like latkes, vegan ricotta gnocchi, paella, and more at Di Bruno Bros.' Rittenhouse shop. The other store locations will follow suit in the coming weeks.
