With all restaurant dining rooms in Pennsylvania officially closed, takeout and delivery has become the only way for customers to access restaurant food during the novel coronavirus crisis. Many restaurants that normally don’t offer their meals to go have quickly added pickup and delivery options, with several putting together special menus and dishes. Delivery services like Caviar and Uber Eats offer a lot of choices, and are waiving delivery fees for some restaurants.

Restaurants are taking extra steps to emphasize food safety as well. Customers can order by phone to maintain social distance and in some cases opt for no-contact delivery, with the driver dropping food off on the doorstep.

This list includes a selection of places currently offering takeout and delivery. It does not include every option — more restaurants are joining in, and others are stopping service, so if a favorite spot isn’t here, call or check the restaurant’s social media.

Note that to limit contact restaurants are no longer accepting walk-in orders. Takeout is still permitted, but the food must be ordered online or via phone in advance.
