Foie gras is Eater HQ's most-cherished indulgence, and was at the center of some local controversy a few years ago. A bill to put a ban on foie gras got thrown out, and we were free to wallow in decadence yet again. We've compiled a list of the 12 dishes that we think show Philly's unique spin on those bites full of goosey goodness, from Marc Vetri's Foie Gras Pastrami to Pierre Calmels Foie Gras Crème Brûlée at Bibou. We would whole-heartedly support a Foie Gras crawl if anyone wants to set it up.
