Where to Eat on Mother's Day

View as Map

In case you still need some ideas for Mother's Day dining (look alive, it's coming up on May 10), here are 17 great choices to consider. We've skipped the usual hotel-brunch suspects, in favor of an eclectic mix of favorite brunches and special services at places we usually only wish were open during the day. Also included are a few day-trip dining options, in case you'll be making a day or weekend of it and want to get out of the city. (It should go without saying, but it would be best to assume that reservations are required at all of these spots.)
