Happy Hours in Philly are available on every corner and in almost every bar and restaurant, but some are better than others. In some cases you'll find bottom of the barrel prices, others offer clearance sales on top quality products, and every now and again you're downing boozy combos. Some throw lots of free food your way, and in other cases it's just a rowdy good time with like-minded drinkers. Here now, we present, in no particular order: Philly's Best Happy Hours.
