Phoebe Esmon and Christian Gaal have joined the Helm team for the night, designing a local spirits cocktail menu to pair with each course. Dinner includes punch, beer, booze, bubbles and egg nog, and the entire event is sponsored by Bluebird Distilling, Rowhouse Distiliing, Liberty Distilling, Philadelphia Distilling, and Dad's Hat Rye. Amada
Choose between the San Sebastian menu ($75, with a $35/$50 beverage pairing) and the Barcelona menu ($90, with a $35/$50 beverage pairing).
Marigold Kitchen
18-course prix fixe menu. $110 per person and includes a complimentary sparkling cocktail. Open seating is offered from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00pm. Sit for as long as you like – the table is yours for the evening.

The day after (New Year's Day), there will be happy hour specials from noon to 5:00 p.m. 3-$4 Peroni Draft, Yards, Victory and Dogfish, $5 house wines by the glass, and $7 specialty cocktails. After 5:00pm, guests in the dining room will receive their first glass of prosecco in the new year on the house.
SBRAGA
Seatings: 5-10:45 p.m., Reservations available through OpenTable, Reserve, and by phone. Entertainment: Live jazz from The Vim Trio. Menu: Sbraga's usual 4-course pre-fixe menu for $55, six-course tasting menu for $75 (with the options to sit at the Chef's Counter), optional wine pairings for $40, and special NYE supplements such as Oysters with smoked creme fraiche and caviar; Lobster Spaghetti with lobster sauce; and steak with mushrooms and sauce rouennaise.
The Fat Ham
Seatings: 5 - 10:45 p.m. Reservations taken strictly through Reserve. Menu: Regular menu will be offered, alongside specials like Surf & Turf with smoked steak, country fried lobster, celery root, green tomato piri piri and Crispy Brussel Sprouts with bacon and apple cider. Beverages: NYE Drink Special - Chatham Artillery Punch, a classic southern champagne punch, originally made by Georgia's oldest military unit, mixed in horse buckets and served at huge celebrations like the presidential visit from James Monroe in 1819.
The Franklin Bar
New Year's Eve 7 Course Cocktail Tasting: "Dutch Country Memories". The menu is inspired by the Pennsylvania dutch cuisine of head bartender Sara Justice's childhood. The event will start at 9:30pm, and tickets will include snacks throughout the evening and a champagne toast at midnight. Purchase tickets here.
The Good King Tavern
St. Sylvestre Prix Fixe and "No Corks Eve" Party. Three seatings: 5:30, 7:30, 9:30 p.m.
Four course prix fixe menu by David Ansill with an extensive list of sparkling wines by glass and champagne cocktails. The menu will be a la carte at the bar and community table, first come, first serve. After the final seating, the tavern will turn into an open-house party without a cover. There will be a complimentary champagne pour at midnight, noise-makers and celebratory goodies.
The Twisted Tail
Four NYE Options:
The Lindy Hop: The Juke Joint (above The Twisted Tail) will be jumping from 9 p.m. with music by swing band Dean Shot & The Solid Senders along with burlesque dancers and a midnight champagne toast. $15 per person.
The Charleston: The premier package includes VIP seating in the Juke Joint and a midnight champagne toast. Seating is limited. $100 per person minimum.
The Jive: A four-course prix fixe dinner begins at 7 p.m. and includes complimentary admission to the Juke Joint and a midnight champagne toast. $75 per person.
The Jitterbug: A three-course, prix fixe dinner, 5 to 7 p.m. $42 per person.

U-Bahn
Black-tie masquerade party from 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Five hours of open bar, live music and DJ, and hors d'oeuvres. Tickets are $85 general admission and $129 for VIP, including table service, upgraded beverages and other perks.

Serving a family-friendly NYE dinner for $45 per adult and $25 per child. Food stations featuring their spit-roasted meats and veg, $4 beers all night, as well as a kids' mocktail station. There's a ball drop and prosecco and sparkling cider toast at 8:00 p.m. Call to reserve your seat.
Bar Ferdinand
Five courses for $75 per person. Wine and cocktail pairings are available for an additional charge. Serving parsnip and pear soup, Manchego fritos, seared scallops with blood orange and saffron butter, cured beef carpaccio, Zarazuela with tomato saffron broth, beef tenderloin, roasted lamb chops, chocolate cremeux and much more. Offering a five course prix fixe menu for $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, with copious amounts of candlelight and rose petals. Brauhaus Schmitz

Water Works Restaurant & Lounge
Dinner, drinks, and dancing with an old Hollywood theme. The party will feature themed rooms with live entertainment, open bars and food stations. In the main dining room, there's a select early dinner at $65 per person from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. And for the later crowd, there's an exclusive twelve-course tasting chef's menu. Seating is limited and it's $200 per person. You can make reservations on their website. Hosting a family-friendly evening from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Adults will receive one complimentary house/frozen margarita or glass of Cava. Special menu items will be served as well. Then from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., there will be an open bar with tacos and guacamole for $35 per person. It comes iwth a shot of Cabo Wabo Blanco tequila at midnight to ring in the new year.
The Farm And Fisherman BYOB
Serving a five course dinner for $85 per person. Seatings are available at 5:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., and 9:30 p.m. Call for reservations.
Brick & Mortar
Serving a four-course tasting menu for $75 per person, $110 with a drink pairing (wine, beer or cocktails). Tax not included and a 20% gratuity will be added to all parties. Call for reservations.
Cantina Dos Segundos
Serving a three-course dinner for $70 (tax and gratuity included) and a two-hour open bar featuring margaritas, mixed drinks, sangria, and draft beers. The a la carte menu will be available and a "drinks only" open bar package will be also offered to guests for $40, but is restricted to the bar area. Reservations are encouraged.

Kanella
Serving a ticketed dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with deejays, a $60 per person champagne package, views of the fireworks, and party favors. Space is limited so call or stop by the restaurant to buy a ticket.
Aldine
Serving an early seating with five courses for $65 per person between 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and a later six-course seating with a bubbly toast at midnight for $85 per person starting at 9:30 p.m. Wine pairings will also be available. Dishes for both menus include: a butternut squash custard with caviar, lamb carpaccio with sumac and Aldine’s yogurt, a house-made saffron pasta with lobster, fennel and pine nuts, and a grilled ribeye with sunchokes, sauce bordelaise and marrow butter. Dessert will be a white chocolate custard with pomegranate and hazelnuts for dessert. The 9:30 p.m. seating includes an additional course of seared fish over oyster stew with cauliflower and tarragon. Some additions will be available as well. Chef Sabatino is serving a foie gras torchon served on chicken fat grilled brioche with parsnips and sour cherries as well as soft scrambled eggs with winter truffles and potato chips. Serving a four-course Cuban-inspired menu for $55 per person. Call for reservations; credit card info required to hold reservation. Live Latin jazz music from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. by Ensemble Novo with Tom Moon, and 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. by De Tierra Caliente.
