For the rest of you, whether suffering from celiac or allergies or general curiosity, Eater's rounded up ten options around town to keep you gluten-free types from going completely pizza-deprived.

While we can't yet promise a bevy of options with absolute certainty of no cross-contamination (though there are a couple of dedicated gluten-free kitchens to be found below), gluten-free crusts are really starting to take off in Philly. And hey, at least you know these places won't sigh heavily into the phone when you call to inquire about your allergen-free options.

Zavino U City

Zavino's gluten-free crust option is available for the asking on any pie.

Pure Fare

Pure Fare's not a pizza place, but they are entirely gluten-free, unlike most other options. Try the cauliflower flatbread: the crust has a cauliflower- and almond meal-base, and toppings of arugula pesto, ricotta, tomatoes, and basil will scratch the pizza itch.

Zavino Wine Bar & Pizzeria

As with the new U City location, gluten-free crust is available for any pie upon request.

Stella Rossa Ristorante

Stella Rossa features a large gluten-free menu, including pizza choices both red and white, pasta dishes, and more.

Giorgio on Pine

A number of gluten-free pizzas are available here (using Still Riding brand crust), from simple margherita to white with pesto. Gluten-free pastas are also on the menu.

Kermit's Bake Shoppe

For any pizza offered by Kermit's, you can opt for a 12" gluten-free crust - and they've got some really creative topping options here. Or, of course, you can build your own.

Taffets Bakery

OK, so Taffets in the Italian Market doesn't sell pizza per se. But they do provide other shops in town with gluten-free crusts, so if you want to buy some for an at-home pizza party, this is the spot. The bakery is 100% gluten-free.
Gluten-free crust is available as a substitution on any pie, in 12" size only. (Through March and April, they're even running a gluten-free special topped with zucchini and goat cheese.)

Pizzeria Pesto

A full-service pizza shop in South Philly with the option for gluten-free crust on any of their thin-crust pies.

Uncle Oogie's

A gluten-free crust can be selected for any of their individual 10" pies - including the pizzazz. (They'll also swap in gluten-free rolls on any of their sandwiches, for the sake of variety.)
